Sit with the architecture, in the room where it operates.

The Executive Masterclasses are diagnostic working sessions – small-room, live, one architect, framework deployed on the attendees in real time. Not content. Not webinars. Not generic leadership training.
You arrive with a leadership architecture that is leaking somewhere. Inside two hours, one framework is read against your specific situation, alongside other senior professionals doing the same work in parallel. You leave with the kind of structural recognition you cannot get from reading about the work – because the work was done on you, with you, in the room.

CURRENT MASTERCLASS

Breaking the Glass Ceilingâ„¢

Why capable professionals plateau - and the architectural shift that releases them.

Capable, decorated, senior professionals reach a point where strong performance no longer produces stronger authority. The patterns that built the earlier chapters – over-proving, over-functioning, softening for inclusion – are now quietly costing more than they return. The plateau is structural, not personal.
This masterclass reads that structure live. Inside two hours, you sit with the architecture of your own leadership at this altitude, in a small room of senior peers doing the same work, with one framework deployed precisely against the patterns currently shaping your situation. You leave with one piece of your own architecture named structurally – a piece you can no longer return to not seeing.

Date and Time

Investment - INR 4,500 per seat

Seats are limited to keep the room small enough for the work to operate. Once the room is full, registration closes for this session.

What you leave with is not knowledge. It is recognition.

Most leadership events deliver content. The Executive Masterclasses do something different. They deliver the framework live, on you, with you, in the room – so that what you take away is not information you did not have before, but a structural reading of your own architecture you can use the moment you walk out.
The value is not in what is taught. It is in what becomes visible.

Sharpen awareness Surface the pattern. Strengthen the architecture

What happens in the room

Locate your specific pattern

The framework is read against your situation, not in the abstract. By the end of the session, you have one piece of your own architecture named structurally - not as a generalisation, but as a precise reading of where your authority is currently leaking.

Sit with the framework in operation

Most leadership content is read about, not lived. Inside the masterclass, the framework operates on real situations in real time. You watch the diagnostic move work, and you do the work yourself, in the same room.

Develop precise vocabulary

Most senior professionals are carrying a leadership friction they cannot quite name. The masterclass surfaces the structural vocabulary that makes the friction visible - vocabulary you can use the next time you walk into the room where the pattern is operating.

See yourself among peers operating at the same altitude

The room is small and curated. You sit alongside other senior professionals navigating structurally similar territory. The peer presence is part of the diagnostic - you see your own architecture more clearly when it is set alongside others doing the same work.

Meet the architect, not the website

The page can describe the work. The masterclass is where you experience it. By the end of two hours, you have a direct read of how the architect operates - useful whether or not you go on to deeper work.

Decide your next step from recognition, not assumption

Most prospects decide whether to invest in advisory based on instinct. Masterclass attendees decide based on direct experience. You leave knowing whether the Advisory is the right next step for you, or whether the recognition you left with is enough on its own.

WHY THIS WORKS

Why diagnostic working sessions land where content does not

Generic leadership content treats authority as a set of techniques to be learned. The Executive Masterclasses treat authority as an architecture to be diagnosed.
Inside the room, the framework is not explained – it is deployed. You watch how the diagnostic move operates against a real situation, and you run the same move on your own. The work is alive, immediate, and structurally specific. Two hours done well produces more recognition than two months of generic leadership reading, because the framework has been operated on the architecture that is yours.

The wider programme

The masterclass currently running is Breaking the Glass Ceiling. The wider programme rotates across the following diagnostic territories, with new masterclasses announced as they are scheduled:

Breaking the Glass Ceilingâ„¢

Why capable professionals plateau - and the architectural shift that releases them.

From People Pleasing to Powerâ„¢

How approval-seeking patterns leak authority - and the structural move that retires them.

Influence Without Titleâ„¢

How influence is architected before promotion, not granted by it.

Executive Presence Recalibratedâ„¢

How presence is read at senior altitude - and what to recalibrate when it is not landing.

Note: the wider programme is in active development. Specific masterclass titles and territories may shift as the programme is built out across coming quarters. The current inaugural is the one to register for.

Clarity Sharpens First. Authority Follows.

Sit with the work in the room where it operates

If you want to experience the architecture directly before stepping into deeper private work, this is where the room opens.
If you already know the deeper work is the right next step, begin with a Power Clarity Conversation or apply for Power Architecture Advisoryâ„¢.

Why this work resonates at senior levels

The masterclasses are shaped by more than theory. They are informed by 20+ years of global leadership experience across the US, Qatar, Australia, and India, along with lived experience of executive transitions, reinvention, and high-complexity environments. That is why the work in the room is grounded, structural, and built for senior professionals who need more than generic leadership content.

FAQs

Do I need to prepare anything before attending?
No formal preparation is required. Once your place is confirmed, you’ll receive the joining details and any pre-session guidance. Simply arrive ready to think honestly about your current leadership challenges. The value comes from engaging with the framework as it is applied during the session.
The Executive Masterclasses are designed as diagnostic working sessions rather than presentations. While there is structured teaching, the emphasis is on applying the framework to your own leadership situation through guided reflection and live diagnostic exercises. You will leave having worked on your own architecture, not simply listened to someone else’s ideas.
Only to the extent that you are comfortable. The masterclasses are designed to create insight without requiring participants to disclose sensitive organisational information. The focus is on recognising leadership patterns rather than discussing confidential business matters.
The quality of the work depends on the size of the room. Keeping attendance to approximately 15–20 senior professionals allows space for meaningful participation, structured reflection, and individual diagnostic work that would not be possible in a larger audience.
That’s perfectly acceptable. The purpose of the masterclass is to help you experience the work directly so you can make an informed decision. Many participants leave with valuable insights they apply immediately, regardless of whether they continue into private advisory.
If you’re attending for the first time, begin with the current featured masterclass. Each session is designed to stand on its own while introducing the wider Power Architecture approach. As new masterclasses become available, you’ll be able to choose those that best match the leadership challenge you’re navigating.
To encourage open discussion and maintain the integrity of the diagnostic process, sessions are designed as live experiences. If recordings or supporting resources are provided for a particular masterclass, this will be clearly communicated during registration.
The room is intentionally curated for experienced professionals, senior leaders, executives, founders, and decision-makers who have reached a point where capability alone is no longer creating the authority, influence, or leadership impact they know they are capable of. The quality of the peer group is part of what makes the experience valuable.
Yes. Each masterclass explores a different leadership architecture and framework. While they are connected through the broader Power Architecture methodology, every session focuses on a distinct diagnostic territory and can deepen your understanding over time.
Choose the current masterclass, complete your registration, and secure your seat while places are available. Because every session is intentionally limited in size, registration closes once the room reaches capacity.

See the architecture operate, before you decide tobuild with it.

Two hours. One framework. One room of senior professionals doing the work in parallel. One piece of your own architecture named structurally, by the time you walk out.
This is where the work becomes visible – in the room where it operates, on the architecture that is yours.

The Framework Is Not Learned. It Is Operated. On You. With You. In The Room.
